Vera Verve is a wholesale and export business. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
What we collect
Details you choose to share
Our catalogue request form asks for your name, company, work email, country or region and buyer type. You may also add your company website, the products you are interested in and a description of what you are looking for.
When you press Submit, the form sends these details securely to us. We record your enquiry in our sales system so our India or export team can follow it up, depending on the country you choose, and we may also email it to that team’s inbox. If sending fails and you use email or WhatsApp instead, the website prepares a message in that app and we receive it only if you send it. We then hold what you sent, together with any later correspondence, attachments, briefs or business cards you share with us.
Information from other sources
We may also receive business contact details, such as your name, job title, company, work email and phone number, when you give us your card at a trade fair, when a business contact refers you to us, or from your company’s public website or trade listings. We use these details only to contact you about relevant trade business.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs, such as the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. We use these logs only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website uses your browser’s session storage for a few small functional details, such as which contact option you chose and whether you are contacting our India or international team. These details stay in your browser, contain none of your enquiry details and are cleared when the browsing session ends.
If you start the enquiry form and leave before sending it, the form keeps what you typed in your browser’s local storage on your own device, so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us or anyone else until you choose to send your enquiry. Saved details expire after 30 days and are removed when you next open the form. They are cleared when the website confirms a direct submission, or when you choose “Clear saved details”. The website cannot tell whether you sent a message from your email or WhatsApp app, so those handoffs do not clear the saved details.
If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice before doing so.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for sensitive information such as passwords, bank or card details, health information, biometric data or government identity numbers through this website. Please do not send us this kind of information.
How we use your information, and why
- To reply to your enquiry and send the catalogue or information you asked for. We do this because you asked us to, and because it is a step you requested before any contract.
- To discuss samples, quotations, orders and delivery with you. This is needed to enter into or perform a contract with you or your company.
- To manage an ongoing business relationship, including follow-up about your enquiry. This is our legitimate interest in responding to and developing trade enquiries.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax, accounting and export records. This is a legal obligation.
- To protect the website and our business against misuse. This is our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.
Under Indian law, we process information you provide voluntarily for the purpose you provided it, and we rely on your consent where the law requires it.
Giving us your details is voluntary, and there is no legal requirement to do so. Without a name and a way to reach you, we cannot reply to your enquiry.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not build profiles of you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed with:
- service providers that help us run the business and act on our instructions, such as our email provider and website hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, which processes form enquiries, and ClickUp, the system in which our sales team records and follows up enquiries;
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, if you choose to contact us there. Meta’s own privacy terms apply to that service;
- courier, freight and logistics partners when we send samples or goods to you;
- professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Vera Verve is based in India. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to and handled in India. Some of our service providers may also process it in other countries. Where the law of your country requires it, we put in place the safeguards that law requires for these transfers. You can ask us for more information about them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence while we are discussing your requirement and for as long as any resulting business relationship continues. If an enquiry does not lead to business, we delete it once it is no longer needed to follow up. We keep records the law requires, such as tax and export records, for the period the law sets, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need to keep it;
- stop using it for follow-up communication, or withdraw a consent you gave, as easily as you gave it;
- restrict or object to certain uses, including uses based on our legitimate interests, or give you a copy in a portable format.
Under Indian law you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to. To make any request, write to it@veraverve.in. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Grievance Officer and complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve it: Vera Verve Domain Decor Private Limited, B-43, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Email: it@veraverve.in.
We will acknowledge your grievance and resolve it as quickly as possible, and within one month of receiving it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Business communication
We may contact you about your enquiry and related business. We do not add enquiries to bulk mailing lists without permission. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to our message or writing to us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. This website is served only over encrypted connections and does not load third-party tracking scripts. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date at the top of this page. You can also read our Terms of Use.
